In order to drive a heavy transferring machine moving steadily, two mechanisms—— a gear-rack driving mechanism and a screw driving mechanism were designed. In order to describe and compare the two movements accurately, the dynamics models were established, the forced feature and movement method of the two mechanisms were analyzed. And the reason for the former's force fluctuation was studied. The result shows that the transferring machine was driven more steadily by the screw driving mechanism, and the design requirement was met.
