    摘要:

    在供热系统冷凝水回收装置中,集水器压力控制是整个回收系统的关键。本文采用模糊控制思路,借助Matlab/Simulink仿真技术,设计集水器内部压力模糊控制器。利用对集水器内部的压力的模糊控制,控制排汽电动阀门的开启度,使集水器内部压力稳定在某范围,有效控制集水器内部压力,从而控制集水器内部水蒸汽含量,防止水泵汽蚀,使装置在多路公网,恒压、衡液位、高温情况下全自动、安全可靠运行。

    Abstract:

    The collector pressure control is the key to recovery system of condensing water recovery device in the heating system. This paper adopts the fuzzy control ideas, with the aid of Matlab / Simulink simulation technology to design pressure fuzzy controller of water collecting tank of internal. By use of the water collecting tank of internal pressure fuzzy to control electric valve's opening of the exhaust steam stabilize pressure inside the collector in a certain range.This would effective control internal pressure of water collecting tank.Thereby control water vapor content of the tank internal to preventing cavitation of pump. This electric intelligent pressure fuzzy control system can let the water recovery equipment device operation in multiple public network, constant pressure and level, high temperatures, the fully automatic, safe and reliable status.
