    摘要:

    本文采用嵌入式技术研制了一种多道脉冲幅度分析器,硬件上以S3C2440嵌入式微处理器为核心,辅之以必要的外围电路;软件上移植了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,并在此基础上完成相应软件的开发,同时设计了微处理器与上位机的通信接口,方便对采集到的数据做进一步的分析与处理。实验表明:采用嵌入式技术研制的多道脉冲幅度分析器能够较好的克服传统谱仪的不足,提高系统的稳定性,满足γ能谱测量的要求。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a kind of Multi-channel Pulse Height Analyzer(MCA)is developed by using embedded technology.Embedded microprocessor S3C2440 is designed as the core of hardware with some necessary peripheral circuits. Embedded operating system μC/OS-II software is transplanted into the microprocessor, and on this basis, the corresponding software is also developed. In order to facilitate further analysis and processing of data collected by MCA, communication interface between microprocessor and PC is designed. Experiment shows that, MCA developed by using embedded technology is able to overcome the deficiencies of traditional spectrometer , improve the stability of the system and meet the requirements of the γ-ray spectrometry.
