    摘要:

    塔河油田所辖的6区、10区北及12区原油属高粘度、高含硫、高含蜡的超重质稠油,尤其是12区油藏,原油平均密度高达1.0259g/cm?,粘度高达300000mPa.S。上述区块油井在试油初期存在极大的凝管风险,为此,本文提出了一套全新的防凝管工艺技术。该工艺技术经室内试验和现场评价,取得较好的应用效果。

    Abstract:

    The crude oil in the regions of 6、North10 and 12 is super heavy oil which is high sulfur content、high viscosity and high wax content in Tahe Oilfield ,Especially in the region of 12,The average density of crude oil reached 1.0259g/cm?and the viscosity reached 300000mPa.S.Oil wells which are in the above regions have risk of coagulating tubing in initial stage of oil testing. Therefore, The paper present a set of new technology of anti-coagulating tubing. The results of laboratory test and field evaluation show that this technology obtains a favorable effect.
