At present most Web service QoS attributes are using precise numerical model description, can not adapt to the customers on the service described QoS requirements. In Order to enhance the ability of service QoS description, this paper presents a hybrid QoS model, the QoS attributes are divided into exact numeric type, interval numeric and fuzzy numeric. Then by using TOPSIS decision-making algorithm, this paper presents a hybrid QoS service selection model based on the ideal solution. The example proves that the method is feasible.
