Abstract:This paper taking SW240E hydraulic as an example, discusses the measurement and evaluation method of the excavator radiation noise in stationary condition. Obtaining equivalent continuous sound level A to evaluate the excavator radiation noise level by the power spectrum density function and the root mean square ( RMS ) of the spectrum curve. Then the noise amplitude curve is decomposed into1 /3 octave graphs, to get the noise center frequency curve, to identify the main noise frequency band range. Finally according to the analysis result, sums up the reason of the noise, and gives improvement suggestion.
