    摘要:

    分别使用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)以及它和2种无机碱(NaOH、Na2CO3)、2种有机碱(三甲胺、三乙胺、乙醇胺)组成的复配体系与原油制备乳状液,采用脱水率作为主要指标分析乳状液的稳定性。SDBS和碱均存在一个最佳使用浓度,在此浓度下,SDBS和碱复配可发挥显著的协同效应,乳状液稳定性好,脱水率均低于15%。采用微观形态分析方法对相同浓度下不同含碱体系制备的乳状液进行对比分析,在碱存在的情况下,乳化油滴的粒径小、数量多且不易聚并;与SDBS-无机碱体系相比,SDBS-有机碱体系对原油的乳化效果较好。

    Abstract:

    Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and compound systems which included SDBS and two kind of inorganic alkali(NaOH, Na2CO3), SDBS and two kind of organic alkali(triethylamine and monoethanolamine) were used to prepare emulsion with crude oil. Syneresis rate is used as the main index to analyze the stability of emulsion. The optimum concentrations are obtained for SDBS and alkali, they can produce significant synergistic effect and get stable emulsion with low syneresis rate(less than 15%) in this condition. The micro-morphology analysis method is used to compare and analyze emulsion that prepared by different kinds of SDBS-alkali compound system with the same concentrations. The amount of emulsified oil droplets is larger; the particle size is smaller and coalescence is not easy to happen when alkali exists. Compared with SDBS-inorganic alkali compound system, the emulsified effect of SDBS-organic alkali compound system is better.
