    摘要:

    特种车辆在不同行业、领域的广泛应用,使得人们对于特种车辆设计要求越来越高。合理、科学的器材布局设计直接决定特种车辆工作效率的高低。因此,器材布局设计在特种车辆整体设计中占有相当大的比重。通过实例将系统分析方法结合相关表法应用于特种车辆器材布局设计当中,在概念设计之前对各要素之间的关联度进行判断,建立系统关系矩阵和系统关系网。根据关联度及重要度进行器材布局设计。最后对各设计方案进行评价,验证了该设计方法在器材布局设计中的应用。

    Abstract:

    Special vehicles are used in different industries and application, that people have requirements for special vehicles design become increasingly. Rational and scientific equipment layout design deside the efficiency of special vehicles directly. Therefore, equipment layout design occupies a large proportion in the overall special vehicles design. With the system analysis method and the related table used in special vehicle equipment layout designs by an example, judging the correlation between the various of elements before the conceptual design,then creating the relationship matrix and the system relationships. According to the correlation and important degree designed equipment layout. Finally, evaluating the various design and verifying the design method in the equipment layout design.
