Abstract:Since China’s reform and opening, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and the Bohai region have rapidly expanded. Therefore, the central region as a growth pole in the industrial and regional proliferation cannot be ignored. However, the regional decision-making body is not very clear about the rules. Thus, we can find that many contradictions are occurred during industry orientation. In this paper the theoretical analysis and empirical research reveals on the basis of the overall regional growth pole and the evolution of regional industrial evolution, then put forward a more scientifically-based practice recommendations of "industrial policy of regionalization, regional industrialization policy" to guide the urban system planning and industrial planning for economic development practices.
