    摘要:

    目的:对椒目仁油的鉴定及有效成分测定方法进行研究,为药材及制剂标准的制定提供试验依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对椒目仁油中α-亚麻酸进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对其有效成分α-亚麻酸进行含量测定。结果:α-亚麻酸在20~400 μg?mL-1,范围内呈良好线性关系。α-亚麻酸平均回收率为98.80%;5批椒目仁油中α-亚麻酸的平均含量为21.70%。结论:本研究为椒目仁油制剂标准的制订提供了参考。所建立的方法操作简便、准确可靠、重现性好,能有效控制椒目仁油的质量。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To identify and analysis the content of α-linolenic acid in the send oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim, and provide the scientific foundation for the quality control and standard establishment of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. Methods: TLC was used for identification of α-linolenic acid. The contents of α-linolenic acid were determined by HPLC. Results: The linear range of α-linolenic acid was 20~400 μg?mL-1 (r=0.9998). The average recovery of α-linolenic acid was 98.80%. The content of α-linolenic acid in the send oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim were 21.70%. Conclusion: The result is helpful to develop the quality standards of send oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. The method was accurate, simple and reproducible which can be applied to the quality control.
