In combination with local floor design of the JuLang pasture activity center, three kinds of schemes and the concrete design process are given, those are the well slab structure, prestressed girder floor structure and prestressed beam and slab structure. Clear height of storey, engineering cost and construction schedule of three kinds of schemes are analyzed and concrete data comparison is given, eventually structure designers are suggested selecting prestressed girder structure system. Preliminary design can provide strong support for a good building scheme and can shorten repeated coordination and modification the between construction and structure, while can provide reference for scheme selection and design of similar engineering.
