To meet the requierments of simulation and automatic testing of airborne weapon system, a type of multi-channel smart ARINC 429 communication module is developed. A resource self-orgniazation algorithm is proposed and implemented in the management of communication buffer. Buffer space can be re-allocated for each 429 channel dynamically based on frame size and channel flow. A better buffer utilization can be achived in case that flow differences exists in multi channles, and data lose can be avoided in frame surges.
