    摘要:

    本文提出一种以相对距离为惩罚因子来构造惩罚函数的方法,并结合浮点数编码遗传算法,成功解决了带约束条件的优化问题。通过该方法对某型飞机平尾操纵螺杆主接头直耳片进行了减重优化设计,在保证原疲劳裕度不变的前提下,重量降低了22.7%,同时给出了不同疲劳裕度对应的最优解,供工程设计参考

    Abstract:

    A method using relative distance as penalty factor to construct penalty function is presented in this paper. Combined with float encoding genetic algorithms, it successfully sovle the optimization problem with constrains. Then by using this method, the light weight optimization design is taken for the straight lug of the main joint of horizontal stabilizer control screw of an aircraft. On the premise that the original fatigue margin keeps the same, the weight is reduced 22.7%, meanwhile, the optimal solution correspond to different fatigue margin is given to provide a reference for engineering design
