    摘要:

    分离器筒壁压制大量成型孔,外形、尺寸位置要求复杂,定位困难。通过工艺分析,给出了板料预弯卷圆压形工序中压形模具的设计思想、结构和工作过程的设计要点。提出各主要工序成形技术难点及解决措施。完成了模具设计、制造和应用,达到产品设计和使用要求。

    Abstract:

    It is well known that it is rather difficult to suppress a big number of forming holes on the separator’s tube wall due to its complicated dimension. Through analyzing the process, the author has offered the idea about designing the compression mold in sheet pre-curved rolling process, key points in the structure and working procedures; put forward solutions to the difficulties in each molding technology. Molds designed in the above way can be applied in manufacture and it is certain that the finished products could meet the design and application criteria.
