To analyzing the software process quality measurement and characteristics of the current software development, on the basis of CMMI theoretical model and GQM (Goal Question Metric) model, then designed a software process quality metrics model, analyzed the relationship between the main elements of the model and introduced the implementation processes based on the model. Application of the model makes software quality controllable and prevision, and it is useful to improve software process of software companies, thus produce high-quality software.
