    摘要:

    昆明轨道交通首期工程呈贡站土建工程,主体结构侧墙标准段厚度为700mm,站台层净空高度6.45m、站厅层净空4.65m,侧墙一次浇筑的砼方量较大。侧墙模板为单侧支模,采用传统满堂支架体系存在砼浇筑困难、养护难、模板及支架周转周期长等问题,采用单侧三角背托模板支撑体系可有效避免上述问题。为保证施工安全质量与工期,施工前进行详细的设计计算和组织策划,施工中进行严格的施工管理及质量控制,使车站主体结构施工达到优质高效,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Kunming Chenggong first phase of rail transit stations civil works, the main structure of the standard section thickness of side wall 700mm, headroom platform layer 6.45m, concourse level headroom 4.65m, a side wall of the concrete pouring a large amount of parties. Template for the unilateral side wall formwork, the traditional difficulties with Full Support systems exist concrete pouring, curing difficult, templates and long life cycle support issues such as turnover, the use of unilateral triangular back support system can effectively care template avoid the above problems. To ensure the quality and duration of construction safety, construction, calculated before the detailed design and organization of the planning, construction strict construction management and quality control to the station to achieve quality and efficient construction of the main structure for future reference for similar projects.
