In the high static pressure section and special geographic area, crushing the pipe in a short time, can minimize or stop fuels leaking. Based on the plastic deformation regularity and energy law, using "Bow tie" plastic deformation calculation model for pipes, we analyzed the leakage in the radial extrusion and under the action of remained pressure. Through calculation of the force needed for extrusion, the extrusion load increases as the shape of “s”.This paper provides theoretical and practical basis for pipe extrusion.
