    摘要:

    分析基于太阳能的原油储罐加热系统的应用前景,分析其传热过程,建立基于太阳能的原油储罐加热系统数学模型,将太阳能简化为集热板平面的温度分布,利用CFD软件对其进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:⑴由于水温分布的不均匀性造成的密度差成为水由水箱流向储罐内输水管进行流动加热原油的动力。⑵经长时间加热,原油储罐内的温度有所提升,但白天与夜间的原油储罐温差逐渐加大。⑶输水管及其布置会影响太阳能加热系统的对流换热和冷热原油间的对流换热效果。

    Abstract:

    The application prospects of the heating system of crude oil storage tanks based on solar energy and the heat transfer processes were analyzed, the numerical model of the heating system of crude oil storage tanks based on solar energy was established, the solar energy was simplified as the temperature distribution of the absorber plates, and then was analyzed by CFD software. The results show that: 1) because of the density differences caused by the heterogeneity of temperature distribution, it became the driving power of water flow form water tank to the water pipe inside the crude oil storage tank;2) after a long time of heating by solar energy, the temperature inside the crude oil storage tanks improves, but the temperature differences between daytime and night increase gradually; 3) there are vortexes inside the crude oil storage tank, which indicates convection heat transfer efficiency of solar heating system and the convection heat transfer effect between cold and hot crude oil are influenced by water delivery pipe and its layout.
