Abstract:This study is aimed at the site suitability evaluation of Xingang wind-power booster station in Shanwei. The site information including topography and geomorphology, hydrogeology condition, bad geological phenomenon, rock and soil characteristics and its physical mechanics parameter, is obtained by the means of field geological investigation, laboratory soil test, in-situ test, and so on. On the basis of geotechnical engineering investigation results, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the site suitability of Xingang wind-power booster station is set up, by taking into account the factors from four aspects, such as geographical factors, engineering geological conditions, difficulties of construction, and effects of other engineering activities. According to the analysis result, the site is suitable for wind-power booster station. At the same time, the corresponding solution schemes and engineering advice are proposed.
