To improve the tracking precision of opto-electric tracking servo system, twice tracking control method was generated which had the same anti-jamming capability with one loop control and higher tracking performance. Its system diamgram was drawn and system frequency characteristic was analyzed. The twice tracking controller was designed considering the influence of tracking decetor output delay in opto-electric tracking servo system. Tracking precision on twice PI control is 39 times higher than PI control and 9 times higher than PI control with velocity delay compensation by simulation. Experment shows twice control method is effective.
