Abstract:Conductive ink composed of modified epoxy resin and conductive graphite / carbon black had been successfully prepared. The conductivity, heat resistance, mechanical properties and morphology of the conductive ink were investigated by electric resistance instrument, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), mechanical property test and SEM analysis. Conductive ink exhibited excellent conductivity when the conductive fillers, tetrabutyl titanate, polyethylene glycol and tributyl phosphate contents reached 60 wt%, 5 wt%, 0.5 wt% and 0.3 wt%, respectively. The initial decomposition temperature of conductive ink was 348 ℃. The char yield at 600 oC is 30 %. Flexible strength, flexible modulus and fracture flexible strain increased by 49.3 %, 29.2 % and 66.2% in comparison to the pure epoxy resin, respectively.
