    摘要:

    对事物状态的判定往往是通过对其各个属性的测量和分析来实现的。但工程中对各属性值的测量结果往往存在各种误差,这些误差有些源于外界干扰,而有些则是源于测量本身。当这些误差超出一定限值后往往对数据的分析造成很大的影响。为了保证数据的质量,并避免因某数据的单个属性值异常而导致整个数据的删除,本文提出了通过多属性联合分析的清洗策略,实现对初始测量数据的清洗工作,在消除明显误差的同时最大限度地保持数据的原有信息。 最后本文还以车辆尾气数据为例对该方法进行了应用。

    Abstract:

    The state of one thing is always speculated by the analysis of its property values. But the results of the properties we measured are always with deviations, some of them originated from outer interference, some the measurement itself. Once those deviations exceed a certain extent, they would influence the results of data analysis greatly. In order to improve data quality as well as avoiding deleting one record because of one of its property value is extremely bad, this article introduces a method to realize the data cleansing work which can both decrease the obvious deviations and keep maximum original information. At last, this article applies this method on the vehicle exhaust emissions’ data.
