Abstract:It is the starting point and foundation of every hydrocarbon protection work that analyzing and evaluating characteristics of reservoir sensitivity. In order to research the chemical and physical properties of Gaotaizi layers, an indoor experiment, evaluating speed sensitivity, water sensitivity, acid sensitivity, salt sensitivity, alkali sensitivity and pressure sensitivity of rock samples, from Gao-Ⅰand Gao-Ⅲ layers , was conducted. Consequently, judgment would be made that whether the oil layers in this area were speed sensitive, water sensitive, acid sensitive, salt sensitive, alkali sensitive and pressure sensitive, as well as the sensitive degree of each kind of sensitivity. The achievements of this paper can help to protect oil layers from harm or make them get less harm in the process of oilfield development by adopting targeted and specific measurements to ensure the stable and increasing of oil production.
