The dynamic of the predator-prey systems concerning integrated pest management (IPM) strategy with prey and predator both having linear density restricts is studied. By use of the method of upper-lower solution, the unique existence of solution and the asymptotic behavior have been obtained and the sufficient conditions of the existence have been given.
