    摘要:

    冷贮备系统是可靠性工程中的一类典型系统,广泛反映着某些工程结构的可靠性逻缉关系,该类系统的可靠性评估也一直是系统可靠性研究领域的重要课题。针对实际工程背景下开关不完全可靠的冷贮备系统,在定数截尾寿命试验下,利用极大似然估计法和多层贝叶斯方法分别对系统部件和转换开关进行参数估计,进而完成系统的可靠性量化评估。最后给出仿真算例,模拟结果表明多层贝叶斯估计更优。进而本文建立了该类系统可靠性评估的多层贝叶斯方法。

    Abstract:

    Cold standby system was a typical system in area of reliability engineering, which widely reflected the reliability relationship of many engineering structures, and the reliability evaluation of such system is an important research task of system reliability research field. Under actual engineering background ,the switch of cold standby system may not entirely reliable. With type-Ⅱcensored life data of such system, the MLE and Hierarchical Bayesian method were used to estimate the parameters of both switch and working unit, then completed the reliability evaluation of this system. Finally, simulation examples show that Hierarchical Bayesian estimate method is more precise, incidentally, the reliability evaluation method of such system is established with Hierarchical Bayesian method.
