A new preconditioned matrix is proposed, and the preconditioned Jacobi iterative method is discussed. Some comparison theorems are obtained, and the relation between the convergence rate of preconditioned Jacobi iterative method and the parameters is brought to light. Finally a numerical example is given to show that the precondition is superior the usual preconditions law in this paper.
