    摘要:

    喇嘛甸油田在进入特高含水期后,通过开展特高含水期管输特性研究和现场不加热集输试验,逐步解决不加热集输过程中出现的问题,相应的配套技术措施日趋完善,不加热集输技术已在全油田大规模应用,取得了良好的节气效果。针对不加热集输过程中发现的新问题和不加热集输技术继续深入的设想,开展了单井掺水量调控、新型除油器研究以及低温化学药剂、移动洗井装置现场试验。在试验研究过程中取得了新的认识,对今后不加热集输技术进一步完善具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    After Lamadian Oilfield turning into super high water-cut stage, the research on pipeline property in super high water-cut stage and the field tests of unheated gathering were developed, which can resolve the problems appearing in the course of unheated gathering step by step, and make the relevant matching technique perfectly little by littlie. The unheated gathering technique already has been applied in the whole oilfield on a large scale, which obtained nice gas saving effect. To the new problems found in the process of unheated gathering and the continuous deep imagination of unheated gathering, the field tests were carried out, including adjusting and controlling water blended quantity of single well, the research on new type oil remover, chemical agent at low temperature and mobile well-cleanout setting. During the course of test research, the new knowledge is acquired, which has some guiding meaning for further completing the unheated gathering technique.
