    摘要:

    考虑换热管与流体换热的相互影响,以换热管固体域与管内流体域为研究对象,根据耦合界面温度和热流密度的连续性边界条件,推导了界面温度和热流密度的迭代格式和收敛判别方法。以整场离散整场求解为基准,研究耦合界面处的温度和热流密度分布以及出口平均温度,探讨了分区求解边界耦合算法的计算精度和求解效率。计算结果表明,建议松弛因子取0.75、收敛容差取0.1为宜。本文流固耦合传热的分区求解数值算法,为高效换热管的研发提供可靠的数值模拟方法。

    Abstract:

    Interaction of heat exchanger pipe and its fluid was considered, the fluid domain and solid domain was considered as research object. According to the continuity boundary conditions of temperature and heat flux at coupling interface, iterative format of the interface temperature and heat flux was derived, and convergence method was also derived. Based on whole-domain algorithm, distribution of temperature and heat flux at coupling interface and average exit temperature was studied. For solution accuracy and solution efficiency, partition algorithm with boundary coupling was investigated. The results show that the relaxation factor 0.75, and convergence tolerance 0.1 is appropriate. The partition algorithm of coupled heat transfer is a reliable numerical simulation method for the research and development of efficient heat exchanger pipe.
