    摘要:

    轻烃是油田中常见的一种危险化学品,其储罐的失效泄漏可能导致多种严重后果,造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失。本文分析了轻烃储罐泄漏和泄漏后发生蒸气云爆炸事故的特点,采用TNT当量法对某油田轻烃储罐发生蒸气云爆炸的后果进行计算,得到伤害区面积与泄漏时间的关系及不同泄漏时间、泄孔面积所对应的伤害半径。对计算结果进行讨论,并提出了降低事故损失的建议。

    Abstract:

    Light hydrocarbon is a normal chemical in oilfield, and the failure and leakage of the storage tank may lead to many serious sequences, such as the severe casualties and property losses. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the leakage of light hydrocarbon storage tank and the subsequent explosion accident of vapor cloud, adopts the TNT equivalent method to calculate the results of vapor cloud explosion of a light hydrocarbon tank in certain oilfield, and gets the relationship between the area of harm zone and leakage time as well as the harm radius corresponding to the different leakage time and area of discharge opening. In addition, it discusses the calculation results and gives the suggestions to reduce the loss resulting from the tank? disaster.
