Abstract： Based on HRB500 six groups of reinforced concrete column of eccentric loading experiment research, discusses HRB500 reinforced concrete column in the level of intensity of bias, and using the standard for HRB500 reinforced concrete eccentric loading capacity calculation of hardware will test results and the calculation result is compared, compliance.
