We extend concept of a-diagonally dominant matrix to generalized a-diagonally dominant matrix，and apply the concept generalized a-diagonally dominant matrix to obtain a new criteria conditions for a matrix to be a nonsingular H-matrix. Which makes the criteria for generalized a-diagonally dominant matrices and H0-matrices more simple and effective in practice.
