    摘要:

    测高精度是InSAR系统设计中的一个重要指标,而相位误差是影响测高精度的一大因素。分析推导出了SAR系统幅相误差、调频率误差等在目标处引入的相位误差。为了定量仿真误差对测高精度的影响,提出了利用InSAR点目标提取干涉相位,从而得到目标高程,相位误差和测高误差的方法,避免了分布目标仿真中不利于定量分析的缺点。最后,仿真了不同误差对测高精度的影响,实验结果符合理论分析的结果,为系统设计提供了一定依据。

    Abstract:

    Height measurement accuracy is an important parameter in the InSAR system design, and phase error is one of factors having effect on height measurement accuracy. In this paper the effect of the SAR system amplitude and phase errors, frequency modulation ratio error on target phase errors is analyzed and derived. To quantitatively simulate the effect of errors on height measurement accuracy, this paper presents a method which can obtain the interferometric phase, and target DEM. Phase errors and height measurement errors can be obtained easily. This method can avoid the difficulties of quantitative analysis in the distributed targets simulation. Finally, the effect of different errors on height measurement accuracy is simulated, and some experimental results, which can supply to system design, are presented.
