    摘要:

    采用大庆和辽河稠油油样开展室内实验,探索地质催化低硫稠油水热裂解反应的可能性。结果表明:大庆和辽河两种油样都可发生水热裂解反应;反应体系中加入矿物后,稠油的平均分子量的减小程度以及SARA组成的变化程度都得到增强;稠油的降粘率分别从未加矿物水热裂解反应的7.41%和12.95%增加到矿物催化水热裂解反应的16.05%和25.29%,证实了矿物对低硫稠油水热裂解反应具有催化活性。

    Abstract:

    Using heavy oils and rock samples from Daqing and Liaohe oilfields, laboratory experiments were carried out to investigate the possibility of geocatalytic aquathermolysis of low sulfur content heavy oils. Results showed that for both oils, aquathermolysis could occur, with the addition of minerals into the reaction systems, the reduced rate of average molecular weight and the changes in SARA compositions were enhanced, the viscosity reduction rate increased respectively from 7.41% and 12.95% in simple reactions to 16.05% and 25.29% in mineral-catalyzed aquathermolysis, demonstrating the catalytic activity of minerals in the aquthermolysis of low sulfur content heavy oils.
