复杂截面型材二维拉弯回弹数值模拟研究

    摘要:

    基于非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对某汽车门框复杂截面型材的二维(2D)拉弯回弹进行了数值模拟研究。首先通过对拉力控制方式下张臂式拉弯机构的运动原理进行分析,提出了一种夹具端边界条件加载方法,该方法克服了拉弯成形过程中夹具轨迹不易确定的难点。然后研究了单元类型、圆角单元尺寸对回弹模拟准确度的影响,并得到了半径回弹量随预拉力变化的规律。模拟结果表明:对于此种复杂截面型材的拉弯回弹模拟,采用实体壳单元模型得到的半径回弹预测值更准确;在一定圆角单元尺寸范围内,随着圆角单元尺寸的减小,回弹模拟准确度提高;半径回弹量随着预拉力的增大而逐渐变小,当预拉力增大到一定值时,预拉力对回弹的影响不明显。

    Abstract:

    A stretch bending numerical study on one complicated car sub-frame profile using nonlinear FEM software MSC.Marc is presented. Firstly, it’s difficult to determine the jaw trajectory in force-controlled stretch bending. In order to solve this problem, a loading method of boundary condition on the end of the jaw is proposed. Secondly, the effect of element type and fillet element size on the springback prediction accurary is investigated. Numerical results show that solid-shell element is better than shell element on these problems. While the fillet element size is decreasing, spingback precision is increasing. The effect of pre-force on springback is also investigated. The larger the pre-force is, the smaller of the springback. When pre-force achieves a certain value, its effect on springback is not obvious.
