    摘要:

    为了能够更加直观、方便的对油田注水泵运行状态进行监测,设计了基于LabVIEW的离线式油田注水泵状态监测系统。阐述了系统总体设计及硬件、软件设计思路,简单介绍了该系统几个主要模块的设计和构成。该系统在完成采集注水泵振动信息的基础上,可实时分析时域、频域信息,并通过故障诊断系统实时显示诊断结果。现场测试结果表明系统能够实现对注水泵运行状态的监测,故障诊断结果与现场维修结果相符。

    Abstract:

    The paper designs the based-on LabVIEW vibrating signal data acquisition system of oilfield water flooding pump, which is used to be more intuitive and convenient to monitor the operation status. This paper describes the overall design and hardware systems, software design ideas, a brief introduction of several major modules of the system design and composition. Base on the collection of the signal of water flooding pump, The system can Real-time analyse the time-domain, frequency domain information, and display diagnostic results through the fault diagnosis system. The testing and feedback of water flooding pump servicing proof that the system we present is reliable for data measuring and accurate for fault diagnose , and convenience for utilization.
