    摘要:

    基于labVIEW开发平台与研华PCI-1711L数据采集卡开发了曲轴动平衡机硬件故障分析测试系统,该系统可完成振动信号和转速信号的实时采集、显示和保存,并可进行数据的处理和分析。通过对RZW-100B万向节式通用卧式动平衡机实践研究表明该分析测试系统结构简单、扩展灵活、实用性强、可靠性高且具有较高的性价比,为校验曲轴动平衡机提供了新的思路。

    Abstract:

    Based on labVIEW development platform and Yanhua PCI-1711L data acquisition card, the diagnosis and testing system of hardware malfunction for crankshaft dynamic balancing machine was established. The real-time acquisition, displaying and saving of the vibration and rotating speed signals were completed, and also the data was processed and analyzed. Study on the RZW-100B horizontal dynamic balancing machine with universal joint indicates that this testing system has simple structures, flexible extensions, high practicability and high reliability, and its ratio of performance and price is also higher, providing new methodology for crankshaft dynamic balancing machine.
