    摘要:

    聚驱过程中存在聚合物粘度过高而影响原油采收率的问题,因此提出降低聚合物粘度的课题题。木质素作为一种廉价的表面活性剂用于三次采油,在油田有广泛的应用前景。本文通过一系列实验得出木质素对聚丙烯酰胺粘度的影响。根据实验可知,木质素的加入能降低HPAM溶液的粘度,且加入木质素的剂量越多,该混合溶液的粘度下降越快;在不同浓度的HPAM溶液中加入同质量的木质素后,混合溶液的粘度下降速率随着HPAM浓度的增大而降低;木质素与多种降粘剂的复配降粘效果实验中,降粘效果的比较为:HCl﹥NaS2O8﹥NaClO。

    Abstract:

    The existing problem about the viscosity of polymer is too high and it affects the oil recovery efficiency, so an issue is posed to reduce the viscosity of polymer. Lignin is used in tertiary oil recovery as a cheap surface active agent, it has a extensive expecting of using in oil field. We can have the conclusion that how lignin affects the viscosity of HPAM. The results showed that the lignin can reduce the viscosity of HPAM, and it will reduce faster if we put more lignin in HPAM . If we put the same quality of lignin in HPAM solution at different concentrations, the viscosity decrease rate of the mixed solution will be lower with the higher concentration of HPAM. The conclusion of the experiment showed that viscosity reducing effect: HCl﹥NaS2O8﹥NaClO.
