In this paper, we used the commercial finit element software ANSYS,established the caculation model of particle reinforced Ag matrix composite material with different particle spacing. Also discussed the influence that particle spacing imposed Ag matrix composite material’s mechanical proporties. The results show that the change of particle spacing can actually influence the temperature fields and displacement fields of particle reinforcde Ag matrix composite material; the smaller the particle spacing, the greater the stress value of particle reinfocde Ag matrix composite material. accordingly presented a theoretical basis for process optimization of composite material.
