In order to control complexity functions through embedded system, Operating System is introduced to meet this target, the bootloader is needed to boot the OS. But the popular embedded systems’s bootloader to start only support of Nor Flash, do not support the Nand Flash. This article is for the Nand Flash and Nor Flash characteristics respectively, give the bootloader during the boot time to identify themselves by their own what kind of Flash and take appropriate action program, to make up for the current bootloader only supports the single kind Flash, and increase universally of bootloader.
