A series of composites including La2/3(1-x)Ba1/3MnO3/0.33ZnO(LBMO/ZnO) with La-site Vacancies and (La(0.6-x)Dy0.4)2/3Ba1/3MnO3/0.33ZnO(LBDMO/ZnO) with La-site Vacancies and doping Dy by mixing ZnO with La2/3Ba1/3MnO3 powder synthesized by solid-state reaction method. The results analyzed by XRD with Rietveld Refinement indicate that LBMO manganese oxides are single-phase perovskite structure and their structure parameters (lattice contants, crystal volumes), Mn-O bond lenth and Mn-O-Mn bond angle varying with the different La vacancy concentration have monotonic changes;manganese oxides in the LBDMO/ZnO composites have LBMO phase with impurity DyMnO3,structure parameters,Mn-O bond lenth and Mn-O-Mn bond angle of LBDMO have no changes with La vacancies increasing. XRD and scanning electrical microscopy (SEM) hints that ZnO has no reaction with manganese oxides and ZnO may be amorphous in the composites,which may be affect the electric and magnetic transport properties of composites.
