According to the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the model of icing defense safety evaluation system , a civil aviation icing defense safety evaluation system was designed and developed with VB6.0 and access database. The software system has such functions as system management, index management, data processing, comprehensive evaluation, evaluation result output, data query and report printing, etc. Thus the automation of evaluation on icing defense system can be realized.
