Abstract:
The Z_2-group index theory is used to explored the periodic solutions for a class of second-order nonlinear difference equations. We obtain the sufficient conditions responsible for the existence of multiple periodic solutions of this kind of discrete system. The proofs have been presented in detail. Furthermore, an example is given to illustrate the conclusions.
