In this paper, we established a mathematical model of the convex polygons in the N-dimensional linear space in order to study the N-dimensional discrete systems. The problem was simplified by matrix transformation and then the conditions of the model of identification were concluded after the proofs. At last we took advantage of the techniques of simplex method and proposed the corresponding numerical algorithm.
