Abstract:Abstract:When the abrasion between rotor and stator rubber of the single screw pump has been caused, according to the operation principles and structural characteristics, the entity model of the GLB120-27 type single screw pump which is used in oilfield was established. The finite element model for different working condition was developed using the software ANSYS11.0, tetrahedron element SOLID 45 and hexahedron element SOLID 185, and method of dividing the net lattice by mapped and free meshing, simulating the running parameter, such as pressure, torque, magnitude of interference, temperature. The model has been analyzed on mechanics by ANSYS. The distribution rule of the mechanics parameter has been obtained, such as shearing strength, contact pressure and so on. The analytic result can provide the theoretical basis for analyzing the abrasion of screw pumps.
