(Communication Bureau of Pretrochina Changqing Oilield Company,Shaanxi Xi’an 710018) Abstract: Based on the analysis and abstractness of commonness and otherness of similar business components in business component library. Meta-component , a model of reusable business component, is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the definition and syntax description of meta-component is presented by extending design pattern and UML meta-model. Secondly, the meta-component parameters are described in detail. Finally, the feasibility is proved by using unitary component as example. The results show that the reusability of business component can be improves by setting meta-component compiling parameters and running parameters.
