    摘要:

    设计了一个基于TMS320LF2407的光纤激光器泵浦源器驱动系统的温控模块。简单介绍了模块温度采样电路和TEC制冷驱动器的硬件结构及工作原理;阐述了程序的总思路并详细描述了模块的自整定模糊PID控制算法;在最后给出了算法的仿真曲线和实验结果。结果表明:该模块不但结构简单,且稳定性强,响应灵敏。在13℃~50℃范围内,模块的控温精度可达±0.05℃。

    Abstract:

    Based on TMS320LF2407,designed an temperature controlling module of driving control system of fiber laser pump source;The paper firstly briefly introduced the hardware structures and the working principles of sampling circuit and TEC driving circuit;secondly, expatiated the general idea of the whole program and self-adaptive fuzzy-PID controlling algorithm;show the simulation curve,experimental results and the analysed results finally. The results show that the module has brief structure, strong stability and sensitive response . Within the temperature range from 13 ℃ to 50 ℃,the controlling precision of the module comes up to ±0.05 ℃.
