    摘要:

    客户关系管理作为一种以客户为中心的经营策略,可以很好完成客户的获取与保持,为经营者提供决策支持,而数据挖掘作为一种分析工具,可以应用在客户关系管理中的大量数据分析和客户价值挖掘中。作为数据挖掘研究的一项重要内容——关联规则数据挖掘研究,其经典的Apriori算法及其改进算法存在着一些不足,如产生庞大的候选集、需要多次扫描数据库,大大增加I/O开销,针对这个算法的瓶颈问题,提出了基于关联规则的改进的Apriori算法,并将其应用在客户关系管理中的大量数据分析,如客户的年龄、职业、年收入、险种等属性,通过对得出的规则的分析来挖掘出具备某些特征的客户趋向购买何种险种,为业务的宣传及管理者的决策支持提供了明确性。

    Abstract:

    As a kind of management strategy of customer centered, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can retain and obtain customers well. Data mining, as a tool of analyses which can be analyze mass data and mine customer values in CRM. As an important topic in the data mining field—association rules of Data mining, There are some shortcomings in mining association rules via Apriori algorithm or its improved algorithms , for instance, many candidate items generated and more disk I/O needed. After analyzing the disadvantages of the classical Apr- iori algorithm, this paper proposes an improvement of Apriori algorithm based on association rules and apply it in analyzing a large amount of data,for ins- tance,the customers gain, particularly customers distinguish, operation risk and so on. According to the rulers, we can find out people,who have some cha- racters would buy which kinds of insurance. This gave the definitude of opera- tion drumbeating and support enterprise to make an appropriate decision for each kind of customer.
