Driving circuit of LD is an important part of the laser fuse. Pointing to the features of LD, some issues that should be pay attention to are discussed .Then a small and low power driving circuit is designed. Through PSpice simulation and experiment, the circuit can meet the design requirements. The work may offer some positive references for the research area.
