    摘要:

    为全面了解微创手术机器人领域的研发现状,本文基于论文与专利数据,对全球微创手术机器人发文趋势、国家分布、前沿热点等进行分析。结果表明,在2011—2020年间,微创手术机器人领域呈积极发展态势,无论论文还是专利的数量均呈现增长趋势,尤其是在2015—2016年后发展势头增加。在国家分布上,美国在论文发表和专利申请数量中均为最高,遥遥领先其他各国,处于全球领先水平;中国在论文和专利数量上排第二,但技术水平落后于发达国家;通过文献计量指标,意大利、英国、韩国在微创手术机器人方面均处于全球领先水平。从机构分布上来看,论文发表主体以高校及研究院所为主,技术创新主体以企业为主;美国的机构在论文发表和专利申请数量及影响力上占据绝对优势。本文基于高水平论文以及PCT专利挖掘微创手术机器人领域的前沿热点,可以发现机械手与机械臂、控制方法与系统、图像处理等均是论文和专利的焦点;但论文数据在理论研究上更突出,尤其是深度学习算法在微创手术机器人方面的研究。

    Abstract:

    In order to grasp the global research and development status in the field of MIS(minimally invasive surgical) robots comprehensively, the output trend, countries distribution, research frontier and hot spots of MIS robots was carried out in this paper based on the output of papers and patents. The results showed that both from paper and patent data, the outputs of MIS robots area increased enormously during 2011 to 2020 especially after 2015—2016. The country which published most papers and patents was United States, which kept leading scientific and technological achievements in the world. China ranked second in the number of papers and patents, but lag behind advanced countries in technology and influence.According to bibliometric indices, Italy, the UK and South Korea were also at the leading position in the world. In terms of institutional distribution, the published papers were mostly contributed by universities and research institutes, while the main body of technological innovation was enterprises. The highest output and most influential papers and patents were also contributed by American institutions. The high level academic papers and PCT patents were obtained to identify the research frontier and hot spots in the field of MIS robots. It was concluded that manipulator, control method and system, image processing were the focus both from papers and patents, while the theoretical research was paid more attention in technical paper data, especially the research on deep learning used in MIS robots which was few from patents.
