    摘要:

    为了更加科学地引导建筑施工项目实现安全生产,提出一种基于结构效应的风险评价指标体系。以建筑施工项目为研究对象,分析以“人-机-环”为主导思想的现有评价指标体系的不足,然后应用结构效应的概念理论,从项目管理行为风险和项目施工状态风险两个方面,构建基于结构效应的风险评价模型,提出建筑施工项目安全风险评价指标体系,包括2个一级指标,12个二级指标,18个三级指标,最后构建基于AHP-DEMATEL的评价模型并进行实例应用。结果表明:一级指标中项目管理行为的综合影响度最高;二级指标中施工单位管理行为和高处作业及防护综合影响度较高,评价结果与实际情况下建筑施工项目安全风险管理情况相符。

    Abstract:

    In order to guide the construction project to realize safety production more scientifically, a risk evaluation indicators system based on structural effect is proposed. Firstly, taking the construction project as the research object, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the existing evaluation indicators system which is dominated by the idea of "man-machine-environment". Then, the concept theory of structure effect is applied to construct the risk evaluation model based on structure effect from two aspects of project management behavior risk and project construction status risk, and a risk evaluation indicators system based on structural effect is proposed, including 2 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators. Finally, an evaluation model based on AHP-DEMATEL is constructed and applied. The results show that the project management behavior has the highest comprehensive impact in the first-level indicators; the management behavior of the construction company has the highest comprehensive impact in the second-level indicators, followed by high-altitude operations and protection; the comprehensive impact of the safety safety regulations, safety inspection and hidden danger investigation management is relatively high among third-level indicators. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of the safety risk management of construction projects.
